End User Portal Redesign

We have enhanced the look and feel of the End User Self Service Portal. Your Administrators can customize the user experience by changing and/or removing components from the home page to increase user value.

Lite Administrator

By granting permissions to Agent Roles, your administrator can delegate on-going setup activities such as workflows, automation, or notification setup for specific agents.

Send Notifications from Change Flows

Just as you were enjoying the Send Notifications enhancement from you Service Catalog, you can now also Send Notifications from the Change Catalog.

Round Robin Ticket Assignment

As part of our ongoing effort to help you optimize ticket-resolution times, we are glad to introduce the new round-robin automatic ticket assignment.

Request a Change via the Portal

Allow your employees to see and request a list of predefined and approved changes directly via the portal.
